昨日，在市区一环路快速化改造工程（二期）环城北路（杭长高铁—北苑立交段）现场，主要的两座隧道建设已进入扫尾阶段，因施工需要竖起的围挡正在拆除，非机动车道和人行道正逐步恢复，绿化种植已经陆续展开。
据了解，该工程起点杭长铁路箱涵，终至北苑立交，线路总长约2003.7米。工程共有两座隧道，其中火车站北广场隧道长460米，祝丰亭隧道长590米，预计年底前竣工通车。
