阳光讯（记者 余剑）近日，西安市阎良区医疗保障局对西安阎良精神病医院存在过度诊疗的行为，依据《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》第三十八条，作出西医保阎良罚处字﹝2025﹞第2120250006号行政处罚：1.责令退回违法违规医保基金23620.55元2.处一倍罚款,罚款金额28344.66元。
