10月21日，秦皇岛首届“海琪花”杯全国中老年篮球邀请赛在国家体育总局秦皇岛训练基地开赛。本次比赛由市体育局指导，市老年人体育协会主办。比赛为期4天，设8个年龄段组别，共有来自北京、天津、河北、广西、辽宁、安徽等地的38支队伍参加。
