《科创板日报》22日讯，当地时间周二，Meta表示与资产管理公司Blue Owl Capital达成了一项合资公司协议，价值270亿美元，用于为在路易斯安那州农村的大型Hyperion数据中心开发提供资金。根据交易内容，Blue Owl将持有合资公司80%的股份，而 Meta 将保留20%的股份，并负责监督位于路易斯安那州里奇兰县的数据中心的建设和物业管理服务。
