为持续优化医疗服务流程，提升患者就医体验，10月16日，市第一中心医院“一号通”服务热线96569正式开通，该热线是集咨询、导诊、查询与反馈于一体的“一站式”健康电话咨询服务平台。
工作日时间内（8:00—17:30），医院将根据患者需求快速分流，提升沟通效率。非工作时段，热线将继续提供总机转接服务。
