10月20日，雪峰科技（603227）发布公告，公司董事长郑炳旭因工作调整申请辞任董事长职务，辞任时间为2025年10月17日，原定任期到期日为2028年3月24日。郑炳旭辞任后将继续担任公司董事及董事会战略委员会主任委员职务。
在董事长职务的选举方面，公司于2025年10月20日召开董事会，决定选举田勇担任新任董事长。
2025年中期，雪峰科技实现收入26.79亿元，归母净利润2.33亿元。
