北京商报讯（记者胡永新）10月20日，深圳金融监管局发布的行政处罚信息显示，汇才代理及相关责任人存在拒绝或者妨碍依法监督检查的违法违规行为，深圳金融监管局对机构予以吊销业务许可证的行政处罚，对何美桂给予一年内禁止进入保险业的行政处罚。
