10月18日20时54分，王某酒后驾驶一辆号牌为豫R17***的小型汽车行驶至邓州市北京大道南一环南侧附近时，被执勤民警查获。经检测，王某体内乙醇含量为88mg/100ml，达到醉酒驾驶标准。
