10月20日，苹果公司在其系统状态页面上表示，正在调查导致部分用户无法访问Apple TV+和Apple Music的服务问题。
Downdetector数据显示，截至纽约时间凌晨12点02分，Apple TV服务已报告超11,700起中断案例，App Store亦收到逾3,080起服务中断报告。苹果公司同时正在调查影响iCloud存储升级功能的技术问题。
