财联社10月20日电，据苹果公司系统状态页面上的最新消息，苹果公司表示正在调查部分用户无法访问苹果电视+（Apple TV+）和苹果音乐（Apple Music）的问题。据Downdetector网站数据，截至纽约时间凌晨12:02，苹果电视（Apple TV）已报告出现超过11,700次服务中断。应用商店（App Store）也报告了超过3,080次服务中断。苹果公司还在调查影响iCloud存储升级的问题。
