财联社10月20日电，在2025年北京国际风能大会上，《风能北京宣言2.0》正式发布。宣言提出，“十五五”期间，中国风电年均新增装机不低于1.2亿千瓦，其中海上风电装机不低于1500万千瓦。确保2030年中国风机装机容量不低于13亿千瓦，到2035年累计装机不低于20亿千瓦。（财联社记者 肖良华）
