北京｜香港导演古本森作品《無映之地》《野草》展映及交流

10月18日，来自香港的古本森导演将做客导筒空间带来其两部作品的展映和现场交流。

古本森是視覺藝術家及獨立電影導演。2018年創辦網上影像平台《浪頻道》，並策劃及執導多部獨立短片，如《無映之地》（2021）、《斜陽》（2022），先後入圍多個國際影展。其中《兩耳》（2023）更於第十八屆鮮浪潮國際短片節獲頒特別表揚獎。其最新且首部長篇電影《野草》(2024) 在拍攝、製作、發行、宣傳及放映模式上均不按常規，採流動放映形式，於香港不同社區巡迴公映超過一百場。

Benson Koo is a visual artist and independent film director. In 2018 he founded the online video platform "Wave Channel" and has curated and directed several independent short films, including Cinema Quietude (2021) and Sunflower (2022). His works have been selected for multiple international film festivals; among them, Between Two Ears (2023) received a Special Mention at the 18th Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival. His most recent and first feature film, The Perks of Being Wild (2024), breaks convention in its shooting, production, distribution, publicity, and exhibition approaches — presented as a mobile screening project that played in over one hundred community venues across Hong Kong.

《無映之地》｜28min｜剧情

故事簡介：落魄中年男人萬城從市區到離島工作，看守丟空戰前三級歷史建築的長洲戲院。戲院早已荒廢放映不再，只有偷偷進入戲院玩耍的小朋友、流浪狗，及致電戲院打發時間的婆婆。日復日萬城漸與戲院及街坊產生微妙關係，與婆婆電話往來更憶起了自己母親。不久卻因戲院活化而被辭職，在臨別之前，決定為這遍無映之地舉行放映。最夜，戲院彷彿從沉睡已久中醒過來。

Man-Shing, a poignant middle-aged man, left the city for a security job at the deserted Cheung-Chau island cinema.

As he bonds with the unfrequent visitors -- kids who sneaks in to play, a stray dog, and the granny who made prank calls -- he remembers his mother.

Upon demolishment, Man-Shing holds the last screening, awaken the cinema from its deep sleep.

《野草》｜52min｜纪录

故事簡介：暑假的長洲是鬧市外的一片樂土，三個小孩一隻狗，趁着島上居民出門旅遊或舉家移民，偷偷闖進不同人的家中，玩樂之餘，也透過孩童的目光，暗中破獲了成年人世界的秘密。

直至暑假結束，三個站在成長交叉點的孩子，也迎來了截然不同的命運⋯⋯

The summer in Cheung Chua is a happy wonderland for children. Three local Cheung Chua kids and a dog break into the houses while many local residents are travelling or leaving Hong Kong for good. While having fun, the journeys also impart some unexpected lessons about the secrets of the adult world. When the summer is soon over, the trio is destined to depart at the cruel crossroad of youth.
