10月16日起，电子钱包平台支付宝香港（AlipayHK）提供欧洲退税服务。港人在阿姆斯特丹、米兰、慕尼黑、罗马四大国际机场可选择用支付宝香港“秒速退税”、港币到账、零手续费、汇率优的退税服务。欧洲退税计划会逐步覆盖46个欧洲国家，超过30万家合作商户。支付宝香港今年9月初于深圳推出退税服务，服务上线不到一个半月，已成功为港人处理近2000笔退税款项。
