通化东宝10月17日公告，拟以2000万元-4000万元回购公司股份，回购价格不超过10元/股。本次回购股份将用于员工持股计划及/或股权激励。预计回购股份数量不低于200万股且不超过400万股，回购期限为董事会审议通过本次回购股份方案之日起6个月内。资金来源为公司自有资金。
