10月16日，云南能投公告称，公司董事会通过议案，同意全资子公司安宁云能投储能科技有限公司投资建设昆明安宁350MW压缩空气储能示范项目，项目总投资18.72亿元。本项目资本金按总投资的20%计，其余资金采用银行贷款等债务融资方式筹措。
