板垣伴信担任特库摩的游戏制作人，英灵殿游戏工作室代表董事和CTO。代表作为《死或生系列》、《忍者外传系列》。
脸部由于皮肤炎症，造成失相，所以在华语圈玩家中有“硫酸脸”绰号。
