10月15日，辽宁朝阳市建平县黑水镇，一名4岁女童在车内睡醒后翻出车窗失联。当地警方、救援队等合力连夜搜救，无人机、搜救犬参与空地协助排查。参与搜救的当地居民石女士说，事发地离内蒙古比较近，救援队也参与协助救援，地毯式搜索，没有放过任何一个地方，现场参与搜救的人员最多的时候有一两千人。截至16日11时，搜救工作仍在进行中。
