近日，茂名市自然资源局正式发布茂名市城市规划区2025-2026年度“三旧”改造项目实施计划（第一批），本批共有16个项目纳入改造计划，包括13个旧村庄项目和3个旧厂房项目，覆盖茂南区与电白区，重点推动一批交通要道的打通与土地历史遗留问题的解决。
