10月15日，据报道，由于大量消耗电力的人工智能（AI）用数据中心的增加，全球输配电能力出现缺口。日立制作所计划到2027年将旗下输配电设备企业日立能源的员工人数增至6.5万人，比2025年3月增加3成，新增招聘1.5万人。日立将在欧美和印度等全球建立开发和生产体制。
