界面新闻获悉，10月14日，跨国公司强生（JNJ）宣布，计划剥离骨科业务，以提升各公司的战略与运营聚焦度，并为股东创造价值。
该交易将成立一家以DePuy Synthes之名独立运营的骨科业务公司。
拆分完成后，强生将聚焦六个关键增长领域，即肿瘤学、免疫学、神经科学、心血管、外科和视力。（界面新闻记者 陈杨）
