10月12日，据极目新闻报道，10月10日，上海市民Lee先生发帖称，其父亲9月14日乘坐吉祥航空HO1659航班时遗落的手机被机组安全员私自带走，历经定位追踪、报警等波折于9月18日追回。对此，吉祥航空回应，涉事员工因违反公司规定且存在欺瞒行为，已于9月底被解除劳动合同，目前正与旅客协商后续事宜。
