小时候最盼炸馓子的清晨。天没亮,厨房灯就亮着,奶奶系着蓝围裙揉面团,案板上“砰砰”响,醒好的面能拉出细白的丝。她把面搓成条,绕在竹筷上一抻,就成了比头发还细的馓子坯。
油锅烧得滚烫,馓子坯放进去“滋啦”响,转眼就炸得金黄。胡麻油混着芝麻的香飘满院子,我蹲在旁边等,等奶奶用笊篱捞起控油。刚递来的馓子烫得手疼,咬一口却脆得响,咸香裹着油润,连嘴角碎渣都要舔干净。
