10月9日，中国人民银行江苏省分行发布的行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，南京市市民卡支付有限公司因违反预付卡业务管理规定，被中国人民银行江苏省分行警告、通报批评，并处罚款8.5万元。
近期，中国人民银行多地分行密集披露行政处罚信息，除了南京市民卡支付有限公司外，拉卡拉支付、天津城市一卡通支付也因违反支付业务管理规定相继领罚。
