近日，河南洛阳有网友在社交平台发文称：在鲍师傅蛋挞中吃出弹簧。
对此，涉事店家回应称，是因为员工误操作，将倒挞液漏斗上的弹簧不小心弹飞导致的，已跟顾客进行协商补偿。
