格隆汇10月11日｜据华尔街日报引述知情人士称，强生正与生物制药公司Protagonist Therapeutics商谈收购事宜。强生目前已与Protagonist合作开发免疫疾病治疗药物。Protagonist同时与武田制药(Takeda Pharmaceutical)合作研发治疗罕见血癌的药物Rusfertide。若交易达成，将有助强生在其重磅免疫治疗药物Stelara面临低价仿制药竞争之际巩固产品线。
