消息面上，9月8日晚，通达集团公布，董事会建议股份50合1。10月9日，公司宣布，股份合并的所有先决条件均已达成，股份合并将于10月13日(星期一)生效。此外，生效后，每手买卖单位由10000股更改为1000股。
