9月29日，广东省工信厅发布“关于英德市宝江水泥材料有限公司日产3833吨水泥熟料项目产能置换方案的通告”。
置换方案显示，英德市宝江水泥2500t/d生产线补充产能1333t/d，补充后产能达3833t/d，退出产能来自广东新南华水泥有限公司一条2000t/d生产线，置换比例1.5:1。
