福州市马尾区人民政府网站近日更新显示，姚兴利现任福州市马尾区人民政府副区长、罗星街道党工委书记。

姚兴利，男，汉族，1981年8月生，中共党员，在职大学学历。
他曾任福州经济技术开发区、马尾区副处级干部（罗星街道党工委书记）等职。
2025年8月，福州市委组织部发布干部任前公示，其中，姚兴利拟进一步使用。
