财联社10月9日电，据央视新闻，当地时间10月8日，阿根廷众议院通过一项限制总统紧急法令使用的法案。该法案此前已获参议院批准，最终以140票赞成、80票反对、17票弃权获得通过。总统仍保留否决权。新法规定，任何新颁布的紧急行政令须在90天内获得国会和参议院批准，否则自动失效。
