据中央气象台消息，今天（10月8日）下午，今年第23号台风“娜基莉”生成。今天下午14时，“娜基莉”的中心距离琉球群岛那霸市东偏南方向约1320公里，就是北纬19.3度、东经138.2度，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压为1002百帕。
预计，“娜基莉”将以每小时25-30公里的速度向北偏西方向移动，强度缓慢增强。
