10月8日，坤彩科技（603826）发布公告，财务负责人方飞因个人原因辞职，自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。方飞辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司董事会于2025年9月30日审议通过了聘任桂后圆为新任财务负责人，任期至第四届董事会任期届满。
2025年中期，坤彩科技实现收入5.72亿元，归母净利润4941万元。
