财联社10月6日电，Fifth Third Bancorp同意以约109亿美元股票交易方式收购Comerica Inc.，这是今年最大的一宗美国银行业并购案。两家公司周一在声明中表示，这笔交易将缔造美国第九大银行，资产规模约达2880亿美元。每股交易价格较Comerica上周五收盘价溢价17%。
