今年第21号台风“麦德姆”的中心已于10月6日1时10分前后在广西防城港市沿海再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力达到10级，强度减弱为强热带风暴级。受台风“麦德姆”影响，北部湾海面今天有大雨、局地暴雨，偏南风转偏东风6至8级、阵风9至10级。
