10月5日，北京京都律师事务所发文称，接受被害人委托，指派张启明、戴盛赟律师为陈震驾驶劳斯莱斯逆行肇事一案中被害人的诉讼代理人。
对此，陈震表示“我方律师会全力配合”，并再次对伤者表示歉意。
