海南三亚大悦城商场于10月3日举办“天降红包雨”活动，因现场严重拥挤，有人被推倒受伤。
A shopping mall in Sanya, Hainan province, issued an apology following a crowded incident during a promotional event on Friday that resulted in people being pushed and injured.
4日晚10时许，@三亚大悦城 发布“情况通报”称，3日晚举办的现场互动活动，因预判不足，参与人数远超预期，局部区域出现短时拥挤，并有顾客不慎摔倒。“对于由此给您带来的不便与困扰，我们致以诚挚的歉意。”
The incident occurred during a "falling red envelopes" activity at Sanya Joy City shopping mall, where physical red envelopes are dropped for shoppers. Due to the overwhelming number of participants, the event led to severe crowding in certain areas, causing some individuals to fall.
In a statement released on the evening of Saturday, mall management expressed regret, acknowledging that they had underestimated the turnout. "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the incident," the statement read.
