根据气象预报，受台风“麦德姆”影响，未来24小时内，三亚市沿海地区平均风力将逐渐增大到6级，阵风7～8级。三亚市气象台已于10月4日18时发布台风蓝色预警信号。根据《三亚市防汛防风防旱应急预案》有关规定，市防灾减灾救灾和安全生产委员会决定于10月4日18时启动防汛防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
