受台风“麦德姆”影响，东莞市防汛防旱防风指挥部发布紧急通知： 凤岗、塘厦、清溪、樟木头、黄江、常平、虎门、长安、沙田、滨海湾 等镇（园区）的 所有旅游景点及景区，于10月4日20时到5日12时暂停营业 ；全市位于商圈、景点、景区及户外区域的充气类游乐设备（如充气城堡）于10月4日20时到5日12时暂停使用。
