2025年10月1-2日，2025年度 “最佳厨师大奖” (The Best Chef Awards)在米兰举行颁奖典礼。

1996川菜·主厨餐厅主理人梁棣女士首度入榜，荣获“一把刀”殊荣！也是第一位入榜的中国中餐女主厨，能够跻身世界级的榜单，是对于梁棣女士一直致力于川菜国际化努力的认可与肯定，让川菜之美被世界看到。
Ms.Liang Dee, the owner and chef of the "Chef 1996" made her debut on the list and was honored with the "One Knife" award! She is the first female chef specializing in Chinese cuisine to be honored in the list. This global recognition acknowledges Ms. Liang Dee's consistent dedication to the internationalization of Sichuan cuisine, allowing the beauty sence of Sichuan culinary arts to be seen on the world stage.
The Best Chef Awards于2015 年由波兰神经科学家Joanna Slusarczyk 和意大利美食家 Cristian Gadau创立，并于2017年设置“最佳厨师”奖项，今年是第九届；该奖项致力于荟聚全球优秀厨师，为他们创造一个交流的平台，激发厨师的创新思维，同时为年轻厨师提供可供学习的案例和榜样。
The Best Chef Awards was founded in 2015 by Polish neuroscientist Joanna Slusarczyk and Italian food expert Cristian Gadau. The "Best Chef" award was established in 2017, and this year marks the ninth edition. The award aims to bring together outstanding chefs from around the world, creating a platform for exchange, inspiring innovative thinking among chefs, and providing case studies and role models for young chefs.
