陈皮普洱茶(健脾消食)
饭后消食的理想选择。熟普洱茶性温,能暖胃、降脂、解腻;陈皮理气健脾、燥湿化痰。普洱的醇厚与陈皮的甘香相得益彰,不仅能促进消化、缓解腹胀,还能化解油腻,适合大餐之后或脾胃虚弱、湿气较重者饮用。
做法:取一小块陈皮和适量的普洱茶叶,一起放入茶壶,用沸水快速洗茶一遍,再次注入沸水,浸泡1-2分钟出汤。
