财联社9月30日电，新诺威(300765.SZ)公告称，公司拟以现金购买控股股东恩必普药业持有的巨石生物29%股权，交易价格为11亿元。交易完成后，公司对巨石生物的控股比例将由51%增加至80%。本次交易不构成重大资产重组，不构成重组上市。交易事项尚需提交股东大会审议。
