特免权是什么？
特免权就是严禁挖地三尺找有罪证据，就是严禁公权力超越私权，就是权力有限制。
《第五修正案》特免权前6条都是私权利，后3条才是涉公权之特免权。
希望这次刑诉法修改进一步确立因私特免权，塑造有温度有人性有限制的刑事诉讼法。
