9月28日，有乘客反馈，其乘坐的东海航空DZ6209航班由深圳飞往北京，经停山西长治王村机场时，100多名乘客被要求下机，最终滞留5小时以上，次日凌晨才抵京。 据极目新闻，9月29日，东海航空客服回应称，该航班确实在长治王村机场换了飞机，经查询是航空公司原因，航班有变动。
