9月8日10时13分，高速二支队一大队执勤民警在西河河收费站执勤时，发现一车主李女士的驾驶证状态为“暂扣”。原来，今年8月，李女士在一次公司聚会中饮用了半瓶啤酒后驾车，行至大同仝家湾路段时被交警查获，驾驶证依法被暂扣。
