上海中心气象台9月30日9时10分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计未来6小时内，本市大部地区将出现一小时35毫米以上的短时强降水天气，请注意防范强降雨可能引发的城市积涝，并做好低洼、易受淹地区排水防涝工作。市防汛指挥部决定同步启动全市防汛防台Ⅳ级响应行动。目前，上海“两蓝一黄”三预警高挂，请注意防范。
