Crypto com 已获得美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）批准，可在美国市场提供保证金衍生品交易服务。该许可修订了 Crypto com 美国子公司 Crypto com | Derivatives North America 的运营许可，允许其清算保证金合约而非仅限于全额抵押产品。其关联经纪公司 Foris DAX FCM LLC 也获得全国期货协会批准，可作为期货佣金商中介客户交易。（Financefeeds）
