观点网讯：9月29日，自然堂全球控股有限公司向港交所提交上市申请，联席保荐人为华泰金融控股（香港）有限公司、瑞银集团香港分行（USB AG Hong Kong Branch）。
据悉，早在2023年10月便有消息指出自然堂计划2025赴港IPO。自2001年品牌创立至今，自然堂全国门店数量突破45000家，覆盖百货商场、KA卖场、超市、美妆店等多个渠道。
