格隆汇9月29日｜艺电宣布，已同意被一个由沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金(PIF)、银湖资本和Affinity Partners组成的投资财团以全现金交易方式收购，交易估值约为550亿美元。根据协议条款，艺电股东所持每股股票将获得210美元的现金，较其9月25日的股价(168.32美元)溢价25%。该交易已获艺电董事会批准，预计将在2027财年第一季度完成。
