9月29日，汉朔科技（301275）发布公告，计划通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分已发行的人民币普通股（A股），回购资金总额不低于1.5亿元且不超过3亿元，回购价格上限为84元/股，预计回购股份数量在179万股至357万股，占总股本的0.42%至0.85%。
2025年中期，汉朔科技实现收入19.74亿元，归母净利润2.22亿元。
