财联社9月29日电，优刻得(688158.SH)公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，资金总额不低于800万元，不超过1000万元，用于股权激励或员工持股计划。回购价格不超过40.33元/股，回购期限为股东会审议通过后6个月内。
