中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒9月26日报道，罗马尼亚计划与乌克兰合作，根据一项新的欧盟防务资助机制制造无人机。
消息人士称，罗马尼亚正与乌克兰进行谈判，将通过欧盟“重整军备”（SAFE）计划资助乌克兰生产无人机。据悉，罗马尼亚将获得欧盟166亿欧元（约合194亿美元）的资金补贴。
